Reclaim your calm.

Anxiety therapy in Florida & Virginia

You’re tired of feeling like you can’t catch your breath.

It’s like you can never truly relax and recharge.

Anxiety doesn’t look the same for everyone, and it doesn’t always show up the way you expect. Sometimes it’s a constant background noise, quietly running through everything: work, parenting, relationships, even the moments that are supposed to feel easy. Other times it zeroes in on something specific—a situation, a place, a fear—and suddenly what used to feel simple can feel overwhelming or even impossible. For some, anxiety shows up after a traumatic or deeply distressing experience, leaving your body on high alert, like your nervous system just won’t settle down. You might catch yourself thinking, ā€œWasn’t it enough to go through that once?ā€

And sometimes anxiety reaches into areas you never anticipated—your health, your future, your relationships—filling your mind with ā€œwhat ifsā€ and making it hard to feel steady or at ease.

However it shows up, anxiety has a way of making your world feel smaller, but it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Here’s what we’ll do together

Therapy can help you get back to living, not just managing.

If you’re considering starting therapy, I invite you to schedule a free 30-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to connect, get to know each other, and see if working together feels like a good fit. Feeling comfortable with your therapist is an important part of successful therapy, so this step is all about making sure you feel at ease and supported.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an intake appointment. This session is a bit longer—about 90 minutes—and gives us the opportunity to explore your story, your current challenges, and what you’d like to see change in your life through therapy.

During this time, we’ll also talk about what schedule works best for you. Many people choose to meet weekly, while others prefer twice a week or every other week, depending on their needs and goals.

After your intake session, I’ll begin developing a personalized treatment plan, including clear goals and the therapeutic approach that I believe will best support you. We’ll review and refine this plan together during your next session so that it reflects your voice and priorities. From there, we’ll begin working collaboratively toward your goals in an efficient and meaningful way. Therapy with me typically lasts months rather than years.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

Your symptoms don’t have to continue holding you back. If therapy hasn’t worked for you in the past, you’re not alone—let’s try something different together.

What we’ll work on

Imagine a life where…

  • You have a toolbox full of techniques to regulate your nervous system

  • Work, relationships, parenting, no longer feel unmanageable

  • You successfully take care of your body’s needs with love

  • You’re present in your life rather than stuck in your anxiety and worry
